Associate unsubscribe

If an associate retires, takes medical leave, changes status or leaves the organization, the Payroll department will notify the Marketing and Business Development department and the associate’s account will be deactivated.

If clients are transferred from one associate to another, the person responsible for Actualis in a centre must notify us. Please see the section "Transferring a contact".

Procedure when a representative does not adhere to the terms of use

If an associate does not follow the terms of use for Actualis, the associate will lose access to the database, but must continue to pay the twice-monthly deductions.
